I help busy individuals organize their schedules to put their health first, provide time-efficient workouts, easy-to-understand nutrition, and 1:1 coaching.
But first, here's a bit about me:
๐ I have 5+ years of strength & conditioning experience and 3+ years of coaching experience.
I love strength training, running, hiking and challenging my body and mind!
๐ค Fun fact: I pivoted from my engineering career to coaching because of my own fitness journey.
Before I started my journey in 2017, I had deep body insecurities. I felt weak and unseen ๐ I can attest that ALL these negative experiences correlated directly with how I was taking care of my body.
๐ I learned the power of fueling your body with a nutrient-dense diet and how it affects all parts of life.
๐ I learned the power of building strength and endurance and how it affects your energy and self-esteem.
๐ I learned the power of self-care and how it gets you to show up more authentically, more passionate and driven in life.
๐ I live my life by the 80/20 rule. I do not restrict myself of any food or experience and enjoy all aspects of life in moderation.
