๐Ÿ‘‰ I have 5+ years of strength & conditioning experience and 3+ years of coaching experience.


I love strength training, running, hiking and challenging my body and mind!


๐ŸคŒ Fun fact: I pivoted from my engineering career to coaching because of my own fitness journey.


Before I started my journey in 2017, I had deep body insecurities. I felt weak and unseen ๐Ÿ˜” I can attest that ALL these negative experiences correlated directly with how I was taking care of my body.
