In-person fitness classes are often expensive, hard to access, and not taught with our culture in mind. Coach Abe is changing that with affordable Ethiopian dance and fitness for every generation.

Seniors Dance & Fitness

Low-impact Ethiopian dances, mobility, balance, and light strength training.

  • Improves cardiovascular health, joint health, and flexibility
  • Reduces isolation through social interaction
  • Consistent movement in a safe, enjoyable way

Warm-up → traditional dances → light workouts → cool-down

Ages 18-40

Young Adults Dance-Inspired Fitness

High-energy Ethiopian dance combined with functional fitness (strength, conditioning, endurance).

  • An engaging, culturally relevant alternative to the gym
  • Stress relief and mental well-being
  • A social, community-driven fitness environment

Warm-up → high-energy dances → bodyweight/strength circuits → cool-down

Ages 6-17

Youth & Kids Dance & Cultural Immersion

Ethiopian dance, rhythm, and traditions, building coordination, confidence, and a connection to their roots.

  • Immerses kids in Ethiopian dance, music, and culture
  • Builds cultural pride, identity, and belonging
  • Improves coordination, discipline, and confidence in a fun, active setting

Dance instruction + cultural learning + fun fitness and group activities
