In-person fitness classes are often expensive, hard to access, and not taught with our culture in mind. Coach Abe is changing that with affordable Ethiopian dance and fitness for every generation.

Seniors Dance & Fitness
Low-impact Ethiopian dances, mobility, balance, and light strength training.

Warm-up → traditional dances → light workouts → cool-down
Young Adults Dance-Inspired Fitness
High-energy Ethiopian dance combined with functional fitness (strength, conditioning, endurance).

Warm-up → high-energy dances → bodyweight/strength circuits → cool-down
Youth & Kids Dance & Cultural Immersion
Ethiopian dance, rhythm, and traditions, building coordination, confidence, and a connection to their roots.

- Builds cultural pride, identity, and belonging
- Improves coordination, discipline, and confidence in a fun, active setting
